I'm a very big fan of patchwork or in Indonesian you call it kain perca. It's a design combining small pattern and you sew it together into big size. Both of those marvelous furniture is from squintlimited.

I have searched throughout the Google about the best cupcake design which located in Jakarta. Some might look okay, but some are just gorgeous! When you can't afford wallpapers, what do you do? 

Never leave your wall plain because I just found this pretty..pretty invention that will pimp up your house. It is called decal - shaped and colored plastic sticks on the wall, ceramic or other flat surface. Yes, you can find it in famous hardware store in Indonesia, but they usually only sell Disney figurine or cartoon character to be sticked on the toilet bowl or on the mirror. Nowadays, the manufactures designed them to the higher level to substitute the wallpaper. Come on folks, wallpaper is hell expensive. With wall decal, it is much cheaper and you can replace the design whenever you like. Here are some websites selling decals:

my heart just beat really fast when i see this luxurious suite in tuscany, castello di vicarello... the castle was rebuilt in 2003 by baccheschi berti family ... 

talking about having vacation in quite and desolate places, it reminds me with my last year holiday ... i went on this road trip in tasmania with my mom and sister .. we rent a bungalow in quite isolated area surrounded with trees and mountain  ... it was really beautiful, the air was clean ... no tv channel, but you can borrow some old movie from the owner ... no mobile signal ... all we got was bird chirping outside ... peaceful was the exact word to describe the feeling but guess what we've done!! ... we slept all day long  ... we even skipped our new year celebration ... the morning we arrived at tasmania, we went hiking on cradle mountain for about 2 hours ... it drained our energy and we just couldn't enjoy the view in our hotel ... when we were back to melbourne, we just kept grinning and happy to see civilization ... what a trip! :P
